Danny and Jack had spent years working in and around property technology. The problem they kept running into wasn't marketing, wasn't listings quality, wasn't even pricing. It was response time. Rightmove would send a lead at 9 PM. The agent would see it at 9 AM. The buyer had already booked a viewing with someone else.
The fix seemed obvious: automate the first response. But every tool they found was either a rigid chatbot that frustrated customers, or an enterprise platform that cost more than a junior hire and took six months to implement. Neither was right for the thousands of independent agents, brokers, and service businesses losing leads every night.
Treiva was built to solve that specific, expensive problem — not to be an AI company. It's now used by businesses across the UK, handling leads 24/7 and booking appointments while their teams sleep.

Responsible for Treiva's AI qualification logic and data pipeline. Designed the lead scoring system that evaluates budget, timeline, urgency, and intent from natural conversation — no forms, no rigid scripts.
