Lead qualification

Know which enquiries are worth your time, before you open the inbox

Lead qualification is the part everyone does late. Treiva asks the questions a good salesperson would ask. It scores every enquiry against your criteria, and books the ones worth meeting.

of businesses never replied to a web enquiry at all.

What is lead qualification?

Lead qualification is the process of deciding whether an enquiry is worth pursuing. It means finding out what the person wants, whether they can buy, and when. An enquiry that has been through that is a qualified lead. One that has not is a name and an email address.

It is usually done by a person, on a call or over email, and it is usually done late. AI lead qualification does the same job inside the conversation, as the enquiry arrives. The answers are attached before anyone picks it up.

Whether an enquiry is worth pursuing. What the person wants, whether they can buy, and when they intend to.

The problem

Qualifying late is the same as not qualifying.

Most businesses qualify in a second conversation. The enquiry arrives, somebody reads it the next morning, and they email back asking what the person wants and when. That second message is usually where it stops. By then the prospect has had a proper conversation with somebody else.

The cost is not the unqualified leads. It is the good ones sitting in the same queue as the bad ones. Waiting the same length of time. Going cold at the same rate.

Treiva moves the qualifying into the first reply. The questions get asked while the person is still typing. The answers are saved with the enquiry, so your team opens a list where a serious buyer and a browser already look different.

How it works

Qualified in the conversation, not in a follow up.

The same three steps whichever channel the enquiry arrives on.

It answers

Treiva replies within seconds, in your tone of voice, on the channel the person used.

It asks

Your qualifying questions, asked naturally. It changes the order to suit the answers it is getting.

It scores and books

Every enquiry is scored against your criteria. The ones that qualify are offered real times from your calendar and booked.

Feature 01

You decide what a good enquiry looks like.

0x

higher odds of qualifying an enquiry at 5 minutes than at 30.

Treiva does not use a generic scoring model. You upload your website and your documents, and you tell it what matters. It asks for exactly that. An estate agency asks about chain, budget and mortgage position. A law firm asks about the matter and the deadline. A trades business asks what the job is and when it needs doing. Every answer is saved against the enquiry, so whoever takes the meeting has the full picture before they start.

Hi, I sent a form through your site. Are you taking on new work in October?
Priya Sharma · 22:14
Yes, we are. What is the work, and is there a date it needs to be finished by?
Treiva · 22:14
A rebrand. No fixed date yet.
22:14
Understood. Is this something you are looking to start this year, or planning ahead?
Treiva · 22:15
This year. Budget is around £20,000.
22:15
That fits. Are you the one who signs it off, or is there someone else involved?
Treiva · 22:15
Just me.
22:16
Good. Tuesday 10am or Wednesday 2pm for a call?
Treiva · 22:16
Feature 02

A qualified enquiry becomes a booked meeting in the same conversation.

There is no handoff and no callback list. Treiva checks the calendar and offers the slots that are genuinely free. It confirms the booking and sends the reminder. It works with Google Calendar and Outlook. Anything that does not qualify is captured and handed over rather than dropped. You decide where the line sits.

Feature 03

Every enquiry in one place, with the conversation attached.

Enquiries arrive from a website form, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, email and Meta lead forms. They end up in the same place, with the full exchange, the qualifying answers and the booked appointment together. Nobody retypes anything into a spreadsheet. Treiva is not a CRM and does not replace one. CRM integrations are coming.

Frequently Asked Questions

Lead qualification, answered plainly.

  • A qualified lead is an enquiry where you know what the person wants, whether they can buy, and roughly when. The bar is yours to set. Treiva asks the questions you choose and scores against your criteria. So a qualified lead means the same thing every time, rather than depending on who answered.
